Yappeal is a free community entertainment and discussion service. By using an account, you agree to these Terms and the Community Rules. If you disagree, do not register or participate.

Eligibility and account safety

You must be at least 18 years old to register or participate. We do not claim to verify your age through Google sign-in. Use your own account, keep access secure, and do not evade restrictions. We may suspend or remove accounts used to abuse others or manipulate the service.

What happens here

Members may create fictional court cases, fan debates and real-world problem discussions, cast one active ballot per eligible discussion, change that ballot before it closes and comment. Courtroom verdicts are computed from stored votes, not an editorial decision. Court cases ordinarily close after 24 hours; fan battles and problem discussions ordinarily close after 72 hours. Ties and discussions with no ballots do not produce fabricated winners. Participation totals are neither representative public polling nor real elections or legal decisions.

Content you publish

You are responsible for your submissions and must have the rights needed to share them. Do not publish threats, private information, actionable unsupported factual accusations, impersonations or prohibited content. You retain ownership of your original content. You give Yappeal a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to store, reproduce, display and distribute what you publish solely to operate, share, moderate, secure and promote your publicly available submissions within the service. This license ends when content is removed from public view except where retaining restricted copies is needed for legitimate security, recordkeeping, legal obligations or already-completed sharing.

Availability, moderation and safety

Yappeal may remove or restrict content or accounts under its rules. We cannot guarantee continuous uptime, universal content availability, accuracy of others' statements, or specific audience growth. Public debate carries a risk of disagreement and inaccurate statements; verify consequential factual claims independently. We do not sell votes or guarantee voting results. We may change functionality, provided we follow applicable laws and update relevant notices.

Account deletion and privacy

Account deactivation is available in the signed-in Profile area. This revokes sessions, hides your authored posts and comments and anonymizes identity; active-ballot votes are withdrawn, while already-closed ballots may be retained without identity to preserve published verdicts. Some restricted safety records may be retained as described in our Privacy Policy.

For help, a copyright complaint, accessibility concerns or an appeal, email support@yappeal.com. We may revise these Terms and update the effective date. Material changes affecting use of accounts may require notice or acceptance where applicable.
